The Cornwall Flying Club was established in 1972 and became The Cornwall Flying Club Ltd in 1978. The Cornwall Flying Club is quite unique as flying clubs go, we are a non-profit making organisation and we own the property from which we operate.

About Cornwall Flying Club
Perhaps, one of the most important aspects is the fact that we are a non-profit making organisation. We are dedicated to making aviation available to as many people as possible, giving career opportunities to the local community. It also allows us to offer flight training at a more acceptable rate, as we are not trying to profit from our customers.
We operate a fleet of four aeroplanes at this time, 2 Cessna 152’s, a Cessna 172 and a Robin 2160. We have five full time instructors so we can generally have three and sometimes four instructors available. This gives us the capability to offer up to 24 training slots a day at peak.
Cornwall Flying Club has an impeccable record. Many of our students have gone into a career with the airlines or the military. More recently we can boast that one of our students is now flying for the Red Arrows. So if you want to learn to fly, give us a call and arrange your flying lessons, you won’t regret it.
